SIMPLETEC Rotor Bar Swaging Machine is ideal for swaging of copper connecting bars in the rotor slots. Once the bars are assembled in the rotor and mounted on the machine, remaining all operations like initial swaging of the bars, indexing to the next slots for swaging, final swaging at higher pressure and giving an audio signal on completion of the operation, are fully automatic. The machine works with clockwork precision. Machines suitable for rotor from 350 mm to 1,500 mm diameter and lengths up to 1,750 mm are offered.
