SIMPLETEC Railway Crossing Straightening Machine RS-1600 is ideal for straightening of crossings after they is cast. The machine designed as per the latest trends followed in modern hydraulic machines and systems. It comprises of two independent 400 t travelling presses, which run on 8550 mm long track. The vertical pressing cylinder can be positioned horizontally with a hydraulic actuator. Two horizontal pressing cylinders are provided. Which can be manually positioned on the entire length of the 7000 mm long table. Utmost care is taken to manufacture the machine to give trouble free service and good aesthetic look. Two Control Pendants are provided to operate the presses.
